Microscopic Root Canal Treatment
Microscopic root canal treatment in the center of Budapest, in the 8. district
In our clinic, we consider it of utmost importance that we can perform our treatments under conditions that allow us to work without compromises. An outdated dental equipment park can adversely affect the success rate of treatments, which is why our dentistry pays special attention to expanding the scope of our services with more and more progressive technologies from time to time and raising their quality.
Every day, with the help of the most modern dental microscope, we have the opportunity to perform our treatments with extreme precision and caution. Thanks to the enormous magnification and lighting capabilities, the fitting of the dentures is uncompromisingly perfect, the fillings are deceptively similar to your own teeth, the surgical sutures are extremely precise and we use sutures of almost invisible thickness when making them.

Microscopes are most often used in dentistry for root canal treatments. The goal of root canal treatment is to disinfect the tooth, then to close the root canal as tightly as possible with a root filling material, and ultimately to retain the tooth. With the help of a microscope, the root canals of the tooth can actually be viewed, and tissues and foreign substances causing infection can be completely removed from there. During root canal treatment with a microscope:
- Root canals that are not visible to the naked eye can be revealed
- Teeth in which the instrument broke during a previous treatment can be saved
- The treatment can be shortened under suitable conditions and can even be performed in one times.
- The teeth can be examined at a magnification of up to 40 times, so even teeth with complicated root canal anatomy, can be treated with a good prognosis.
The high succes rate of our root canal treatments is also quaranteed by the following modern procedures:
- 3D chemical and mechanical cleaning
- 3D root canal filling
- Mechanical dilation with modern flexible memory alloy metal instruments
- Complete isolation (no unpleasant taste, no dry mouth)
Thanks to modern technologies and equipment, we can not only perform our treatments in higher quality and with an outstanding success rate, but also make the experience more pleasant for our patients. Root canal treatments performed with a microscope can be performed in less time than with traditional instruments, and with isolation, dry mouth and unpleasant tastes can be avoided.
